The D5 Live EX package
provides a versatile and cost effective package solution, with a choice of 56 or
112 mic/line inputs on stage and up to a full 128 channel console worksurface.
The 56 EX system comprises the console worksurface plus flightcase, a 40
analogue I/O and 16 AES EBU I/O local DiGiRack, a 56-in, 8-out stage DiGiRack
and a 150m drum of fibre optic cable.
The 112 EX version adds a second, 56-in, 8-out stage Digirack and a 2 metre
fibre optic connection between the two stage Digiracks. It includes the digital
effects card which allows you to run up to six digital effects per channel
simultaneously, including dedicated reverb algorithms, flanging, phasing, double
tracking, vocoder, delays, dynamics, compression and equalisation for up to 7.1
surround sound outputs.
It also includes the Insertable Processing Channels (IPCs) which provide a total
of 32 IPCs, each complete with 6 bands of fully parametric equalisation, a fully
featured compressor / limiter and digital delay of up to 240 milliseconds.
All routing, patching, effects parameter adjustments and user memory store and
recall functions are performed on the touchscreens. All effects and their
settings can be stored as part of the console's snapshots and sessions, and can
be saved on the USB key for instant recall on another D5 Live.

The MiNi-DiGiRack was designed to give even more flexibility to the D1 and D5 live systems. The unit itself is just 4u high and 19 inch rack mount. It houses two power supplies with separate mains connectors and switches. The MiNi-DiGiRack can be fitted with a Standard MADI pod or even an Optical MADI pod. There is a newly designed back plane that allows any slot to be either input or output for analogue connections, or both in and out for digital connections, such as AES/EBU.

The World's First Integrated
Digital Tube Mic Preamp
Valve/tube technology has long been considered an elegant means of reproducing
music. Until now, the large dimensions of the traditional 19-inch rack mount
valve/tube pre amps have been a consideration, especially in the touring market
where space is often at a premium. Not to say tubes sound better but they do
colour the sound of a vocal or a particular instrument and make it sound
different. Typically, sound engineers like to experiment, so they insert them
into their systems to provide characteristics they can’t otherwise get from
either analogue or digital mixing consoles. The new DiGiCo D-TuBe presents a
unique alternative to this traditional technology by making it part of a digital
console.
The D-TuBe was developed in conjunction with TL Audio and supplies no less than
eight channels of tube pre amp. It has been designed to fit neatly into existing
DiGiCo systems by simply replacing the last input module on a stage rack and
moving the output module along one. This keeps the full compliment of 56 inputs
to the stage rack, with the last eight inputs now being TuBes.
As the D-TuBe is able to slot into the Stage DiGiRACK, it has the shortest cable
length between the mic and pre amp possible, giving exceptional signal to noise
ratio. It has the same facilities as its solid state counterpart, including
analogue and digital gain controls with Gain Tracking™ (patent pending). As the
analogue gain is inserted before the D-TuBe it also acts as a drive control, and
with digital gain after the D-TuBe a wide variation of colouration (DiGistortion™).
And, as is standard on all DiGiCo products, these settings can be saved as part
of the consoles snapshots and sessions.
“The D-TuBe isn’t a software version of a valve/tube amp,” says James Gordon
(Sales Director). “Because of the way these products work, we felt that the only
genuine way to do this was the traditional way. The D-TuBe has all the
interaction with the console that the standard mic input card has, but with four
dual tubes. What more could you want?”

When
the touring version of the "Rock and the Rabbi" debuts its newest stage
spectacle in Tulsa, Oklahoma, they will bring with them an all new state of the
art audio system. The DiGiCO D1 Live 48DP is the
technical heart of this system. With the DiGiCO D1's ability to travel from venue to
venue and interface effortlessly with any production environment it may
encounter makes it the definitive choice for the Rock! The DiGiCO D1 Live 48DP is
specifically designed to handle all processing and monitoring functions.
Additionally, AVIOM is currently in development of a processing card for the new
monitoring system. Wireless DPA 4066/4088's will be used extensively throughout the
technically
revamped "Rock and the Rabbi." Six of these units will be utilized on the
principal performers. Says ASR's Director of Touring and Corporate Events,
Kenny Holton, "This show has always been a very difficult act to recreate on a
one off scenario, but with the D1 it will be a real breeze to put the
show up and running before the production team builds the scenic elements!"
Since its inception seven years ago, "The Rock and the Rabbi" has held a special
place in the hearts of those at ASR ProEvents. We look forward with great
anticipation to an enduring relationship with the new touring road show.

Siena has a comprehensive control surface, however, it still maintains the familiar ergonomic layout of all Midas consoles, making navigation around the control surface quick, easy and intuitive.
Siena will appeal to the discerning audio professional, be they working in Concert sound, Theatre, Broadcast, House-of-worship or Audio-Visual, and at either end of the multicore.
"ASR's Super Bowl!"

This makes the "9th" consecutive Super Bowl celebrations that ASR has been involved with, and this one is special because it's Kenny Holton's hometown!
" I Love Jacksonville" exclaims Kenny! That town has such a magical vibe, and it's about time that the "city beautiful" gets the recognition that it truly deserves! "One day, ASR is going to open an office up there, But the time is not quite right" says Holton.
ASR is basically moving half of the Orlando inventory to furnish our production services to our existing clientele, and will be ready for the "Oh By The Ways!"
"Baby Barney!"

First off, A very special thanks to Dan Shawgo SE Sales Representative for EV/MIDAS. Seems that Dan gets no respect sometimes, especially from the "tire kicking douchbags" in our industry, And you "ALL" know who you ARE!
We put "Baby Barney" to work right out of the crate, and was really amazed on just how great this little guy sounds!
FINALLY!, The industry has needed a console in this price platform, that allows SR companies to offer they're "price conscious clients" an affordable alternative, but still have the same quality, that the higher end console market offers!

4066-F
Adjustable Miniature Microphone Headband
The 4066 is a flexible miniature microphone solution, that features very
easy and fast adjustment possibilities. The headband construction is unique
in design, because it gives the user the choice between left and/or right
mounting and color change. It is also possible to use the MMB4066
Miniature Microphone Boom separately, in applications where the headband is
not needed.
The 4066 offers a clean and transparent sound quality with lots of
headroom. It is specially designed for maximum performance and comfort
under the often difficult conditions when mounted directly on the human
body.
Attention has been paid to the humidity problems that often occur in
theatrical applications A double vent protection system, a drop stopper on
the microphone boom, together with water resistant materials inside the
microphone, makes it more than difficult for the humidity to cause the
headband Microphone to fail. The headband surface is matgold plated and
headband ear hooks are covered with a silicon hose.
The sensitivity is 6mV/Pa to match the level of the human voice to the
general input sensitivity of most wireless transmitters. If powered
correctly the microphone will be able to handle sound pressure levels up to
144dB SPL before clipping occurs.
A wide range of connection adapters makes it possible to use the 4066 with
most of the professional wireless systems available plus 48 V phantom XLR
connection.
This is the chosen headband for theaters on Broadway and West End.

SRX712M - 12" two-way stage monitor
ASR ProSound Recently was the first in the area to acquire 10 JBL SRX712M's, just in time to take them out on some shows for Frank Sinatra Jr. For "Years" we had been "beat to death" for a very tiny low-profile wedge.. and other than EAW's little guy, we were constantly looking for that elusive "little Critter" that we knew had to be out there!
(Well, we all know the moral of that story!)
Well it was a bright
sunny (non tornado) day when Larry "Bosco" Boscarino, JBL Southeast
Manufactures Rep, walked in my office and said... "Have I got the Box for
ASR, and it only weighs 33 lbs!" After threatening to throw his ass
out, he showed me the "preliminary spec sheet. and we ordered them "sight
unheard!" We've even taken them out, and put them up on "sticks", and use
them for some Breakout Rooms, on some corporate dates.
The SRX712M was designed with one goal - build the
lightest, smallest, loudest, clearest stage monitor possible while
delivering a strikingly professional appearance. The SRX712M uses a 12"
Differential Drive® woofer and a 3" (voice coil diameter) compression
driver that handles 800 watts (continuous) power in a 12" high profile. A
90° x 50° horn provides smooth, even coverage regardless of the position of
the performer.
For utility speaker applications, the SRX712M can be tripod mounted or over
a subwoofer with JBL's dual angle pole mount providing 90° vertical or 10°
down tilt for optimum audience coverage.
System Type: 12", two-way, bass-reflex, stage monitor/utility
Frequency Range (-10 dB): 70 Hz - 20kHz
Frequency Response (±3 dB): 83 Hz - 18 kHz
Coverage Pattern: 90º x 50º nominal
Power Rating (Continuous/Program/Peak): 800 W / 1600 W / 3200 W
Dimensions (H x W x D): 349 mm x 546 mm x 260 mm
(13.75 in. x 21.5 in x 10.25 in)
Net Weight: 15 kg (33 lbs.)

Attitude,
stunning good looks and an incredible "350 Watts" of brutal yet
toneful power set the MODE FOUR apart from all other amps. Add to this an
arsenal of great sounds, a slew of professional features plus
groundbreaking, state-of-the-art hybrid technology and you have a Marshall
like no other.
The first ever Marshall, the legendary JTM45, was born in 1962 as a result
of the Guv'nor, Jim Marshall, listening to what guitar players wanted.
Forty years later, the song remains the same and that's how the MODE FOUR
came to be. Modern guitarists told us they wanted an amp capable of more
gain, more low-end and more headroom than ever before . . . plus great
cleans and, of course, the crunch tones that have made Marshall a legend!
We listened and reacted - the result is the MODE FOUR.

Dual Amplifier with Four Modes
A
great many amplifiers have claimed to offer both classic and modern tones
but, in truth, have fallen well short of the mark. The Mode Four boasts a
true 'Two Amplifiers in One' design. Not only do AMP 1 and AMP 2 have
totally separate valve pre-amplifier circuits, including an ECC83 valve
each, but the MODE FOUR also completely reconfigures its power amplifier
section depending on the AMP type selected.
The MODE FOUR's flexibility is further enhanced by each of the two AMP
types having two footswitchable modes. AMP1 offers Clean and Crunch modes,
while AMP2 has OD1 and OD2.

The Rock & The Rabbi!

The
Rock & The Rabbi
is the new musical based on the life of Peter the fisherman and Jesus of
Nazareth. A contemporary treatment of the Biblical story, The Rock & The
Rabbi is a combination of storytelling and acoustic music. Intimate and
emotional, funny and thrilling, the show tells the classic tale of
friendship and betrayal, forgiveness and reconciliation.
Storytelling is at the heart of this theatrical production. All of the
reality of the historical account is presented through the power of the
spoken word and the music that it inspires. The Storyteller recounts his
adventures with The Rabbi-- from fishing on the Sea of Galilee to the agony
of the Cross-- to the Miracle of the ages. The music (which features
acoustic guitars, Irish and African drums, accordion and bagpipes) is some
of the most powerful and memorable in theatre today.
Based on the friendship between Peter & Jesus. A
creative mix of storytelling and unplugged, acoustic music, The Rock & The
Rabbi is musical theatre at its most joyous. Click on the links below to
